Where and for how long the accounting records should be kept?

The accounting records must always be kept at its registered office or such other place as the directors think fit. In the event the place is outside ADGM jurisdiction, a copy of such records must be maintained at the registered office and be allowed for inspection to the company officers.
The records must be preserved for a period of ten (10) years from the date when it is made.
